Masters Application And Visa Process Along Scholarship In Sweden

  1.  Apply for Autumn 201X September semester MS programs through Centralized website of Sweden www.universityadmissions.se.
  2. Deadlines for Non-EU (Apply online 1st Dec - 15 Jan 201X to rank 4 Masters of different or same Univs from list). https://www.universityadmissions.se/en/All-you-need-to-know1/Finding-out-more/Key-dates/Autumn-2015-Masters-First-round/

  3. Send one set of required documents and attested hard copies from HEC and other required docs to universityadmission.se till 15th-30th of January 201X. GPA dosent matter focus on self written personal motivation letter/SOP.   4. No IELTS/TOEFL/GRE required and no Foreign Office Attestation is required.   6. Dont forget: MUST APPLY SEPARATELY for Univ scholarships about fee waive-off (easily achievable with good motivation letter) for already selected above 4xMS courses directly from Univ websites before their given deadline for 75% - 85% ONLY fee wave-off (actual total fee is 42lac nearly) till 15 January 201X. http://studyinsweden.se/scholarships/university-scholarships/
  7. Dont forget: MUST APPLY SEPARATELY for fully funded SI scholarships (only 1 Pakistani got in 2014,3-4 in 2013, not availible for 2015) (1400 USD per month for living + free Studies + 1x return tickets) for all 4x ms Courses within given deadline from  http://www.studyinsweden.se/Scholarships/SI-scholarships/The-Swedish-Institute-Study-Scholarships/
  8. Besides normal way of applying for Masters.   9. Application processing fee payment around about PKR 14000 till 30 Jan via credit card/Bank online till 30 of January 201X on univeristyadmission.se login.
  10. After getting Results notification in 1st round 26 March and 2nd/final round 13 April at universitadmissions.se . Pay 1st semester fee (refundable in case of visa rejection only) via admitted university recipet directly till its deadline.
  11. Then apply manually for Visa.  For Visa, take appointment on phone and download form from internet and submit Embassy challan 1000 SEK (about 14000 whatever amount embassy says on phone). and bankstatement of 7300*10=73000 SEK (whatever amount embassy says on phone) for one year visa(renewable next year).   12. Bring all required docs to embassy and give doc/forms to sort of reciptionist.He will take fingure prints and pictures. You will get visa in 3-4 weeks by visting to Jerry's office.  
  13. Accomodation is a major issue must follow univeristy emails for confirmed accomodations otherwise you will have severe issue.
  14. Queries : Also join Major group Pakistani_Students_in_Sweden@yahoogroups.com and other yahoo groups for more help from old Pakistanis about accomodations etc. 
  15. Most important tip.: Write your own motivation letter in any grammer without any help or copypaste. Just writedown what you want to do and what are your interests/(Real expertise) with achievements. Never try to empress with high vocabulary that you even didnt see in your life.
